Description of Services
TrafficChecker provides website traffic analysis, domain analytics, SEO metrics, and related digital services. We offer both free tools and paid professional plans that include bulk domain processing, API access, and advanced analytics features.
Account Registration
Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
Free Services
Our free website traffic checker is available to all users without registration. Free services are provided as-is and may have usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time without notice.
Paid Services & Billing
Paid plans are processed through our authorized payment processor, who serves as our merchant of record. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You will receive an invoice for each payment.
Credits & Usage
Paid credit packs include lookups for bulk CSV uploads and API calls. One credit is one domain lookup. Credits are non-transferable, do not expire, and are not a monthly subscription. Unused credits remain on the account until they are used or refunded under the Refund Policy.
API Terms
API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. You may not use our API to build a competing service, resell data without authorization, or engage in excessive automated requests that could harm our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend API access for violations.
Acceptable Use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: use the service to harm or abuse others; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with service operations; use automated tools to scrape or harvest data beyond API limits; or violate any applicable laws.
Data Accuracy
Traffic data, SEO metrics, and analytics are estimates based on various data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided. Data should be used for informational purposes only and not as the sole basis for business decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by TrafficChecker or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Data reports generated for your use may be used for your internal business purposes.
Cancellation & Refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Refunds for unused purchased credits within 14 days are described in the Refund Policy. Used credits, signup bonus credits, and staff grants are not refundable. Credits never expire after the refund window.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrafficChecker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrafficChecker and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Modifications to Terms
